Effective April 1, 2001, the Escambia County School District discontinued its maintenance of a Bidder's List and automatic mailing of Bid/Proposal Documents.

There are companies that specialize in providing bid access or notification services.  We currently enjoy a relationship with the following services:

We are not endorsing the use of these services, but offer them as an example of the type of services available to your company.  If you already subscribe to a bid notification service, please have them contact us to include our bid documentation or information in their service.

In addition to the above services, we will post all Bid/RFP Documents and Tabulations on the District's Web Site at  click on "Current Bid Activity" to access all bids documentation.
