Our Mission

Welcome to the Procurement and Business Services Department of the Escambia County Public Schools (ECPS). Our mission is to maximize the value of the products and services purchased in support of the schools, special centers, and administrative departments of the District.

The ECPS Procurement and Business Services Department is committed to obtaining quality products and services from qualified and service-oriented suppliers, who are interested in delivering those products and services to the District at the quantities needed, at a time when they are needed and at a competitive price.

The ECPS Procurement and Business Services Department is committed to a fair procurement process, where each supplier will have an opportunity to market their products and services in an open and ethical environment.

The ECPS Procurement and Business Services Department is committed to observing all applicable laws, rules and regulations as promulgated and amended by the School Board of Escambia Florida, the State of Florida, the Florida Department of Education, and the United States Government.

Food Trucks

Effective June 11, 2026, to be approved for the 2026-2027 school  year interested food truck vendors must submit the District agreement (see below) and documentation to Allison Watson by Friday, August 7, 2026. Documents received after August 7 will not be accepted.

The approved Food Truck Vendor List will posted by September 1, 2026.
