Educational Support Application Process

  • LOGIN INFORMATION

    To create your WinOcular (on-line application) login, follow the steps listed below.

    1. Go to the school district home page Escambia County Public Schools.

       

    2. Click on Quick Links located on the right side of your screen.

       

    3. Click on Employment Information.

       

    4. Click on Online Applications.

       

    5. Under New User, Click here to register. This is done only the first time you are creating your login information.

       

    6. Complete the Registration Information.

       

    7. Make certain to keep your User ID and Password for future reference. (You are not able to use special characters in your password)

       

    Completing Your Online Application

    To login and complete your application, follow the steps listed below.

    1. Go to school district web page: Escambia CountyPublic Schools.

       

    2. Click on Quick Links located on the right side of your screen.

       

    3. Click on Employment Information.

       

    4. Click on Online Applications.

       

    5. Under Login: Enter your User ID and Password that you created.

       

    6. This takes you to your workspace. Under Online Applications, click on Add New Application, if you do not have an application listed.

       

    7. Under "What type of position are you applying for?":

       

      1. Mark Support Internal Only, if you are a current ESP employee.

         

      2. Mark Support External, if you are not currently employed by Escambia County Public Schools.
        Current employees are also eligible to apply for external positions. 

       

    8. Click Start Application.

       

    9. Complete each section of the application.

       

    Special notes:

    You must always complete the Agreement section and the submit section each time you make changes to your application.

    Applying for a Job

    1. Go to school district web page: Escambia County Schools.

       

    2. Click on Quick Links located on the right side of your screen.

       

    3. Click on Employment Information.

       

    4. Click on Online Applications.

       

    5. Under Login: Enter your User ID and Password that you created.

       

    6. In the Online Applications section, click on Support Internal Only.

       

    7. The only section you need to complete is the Employment Preference.

       

      1. The first page is already completed, so click Continue.

         

      2. Next screen click Add Position.

         

      3. Click on the No Selection box to see a list of the available jobs.

         

      4. Click on one job that you want to apply for and then click Continue.

         

      5. You should now see the job you have added to your application.

         

      6. If there is another job you want to apply for, repeat steps b – d.

         

    8. Click on Agreement, and type Yes.

       

    9. Click Submit.
