    About Us


    George Stone Technical College was established in 1968 as a vocational training center to serve Escambia County, FL, and the surrounding area. Since then, George Stone has expanded to include 28 different programs of study, cooperative education opportunities, dual enrollment with local high schools, and adult education. 

    George Stone is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education.
