Student Registration

  • If you would like to enroll your child at Byrneville Elementary, we would love to have you join us today!

    All students enrolling must be age 5 by September 1 of the current school year.

    If you are new to our area, please bring the following documentation to the school:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Proof of Residence (Utility Bill)
    • Immunization Record
    • Physical (or appointment card of upcoming physical)

    If your child has been enrolled in an Escambia County school and you would like to transfer to Byrneville, all you need to do is call the school.

    You may come by the school anytime Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 2PM. You may also preregister by clicking the link below. Please feel free to call (850) 256-6350 for more information.

    *Please note available space will be a determining factor in enrollment. There is a capacity limit for enrollment based on class size as per Florida's Class Size Reduction Amendment.

Alabama Resident Registration

  • Alabama residents are welcome to enroll at Byrneville Elementary!
    You will not be able to register online. Just stop by the school during regular operating hours with a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, Proof of Residence (Utility bill), Immunization Record, and Physical (or appointment card for upcoming physical). PROOF OF RESIDENCE CAN BE AN ALABAMA ADDRESS.

Drop Off & Pick Up Info

  • Student Drop Off & Pick Up Info

    Please do not have students on campus before 7:30 AM if arriving by car.

    Breakfast - Students who come by car and want to eat breakfast need to be at school at 7:30.

    Please do not drive around the car ahead of you in the drop off and pick up line.

    All students are to enter through the front entrance to the main building.

    Check outs are to be done no later than 1:45.

    Please remember to send in an Absence Verification Form if your child is absent.  Please click here to print one out from home.

    Transportation changes will now need to be sent in on a separate paper than the Absence Verification Form.

  • Byrneville Elementary School, Inc. has been a conversion charter school since July 1, 2002. The school uses an existing public school campus belonging to the Escambia County School District. The site consists of four acres located about 50 miles northwest of Pensacola. The permanent building was erected in 1940. The campus also has one double and eight single portable classrooms. Students are transported by bus or family vehicle because of hazardous walking conditions.
