• Please complete and submit the student parking application below.  All required documents must be submitted to athleticclearance.com
     
    You cannot purchase a parking decal without this application on file.  Any criminal activity that occurs to a vehicle while on campus must be reported to the School Resource Officer as soon as possible.
    1.  You must have a 2.0 Cumulative GPA to be eligible to purchase a parking decal.  
    2.  You will need to log into athleticclearance.com to submit the following documents for a Parking Permit/Decal:
         (a) Student Drug Consent Form
         (b) Valid Driver's License
         (c) Proof of Vehicle Registration
         (d) Proof of Vehicle Insurance
    3. Parking space costs are per year or any part of - $6.00
    4.  Parking on campus without a school decal will result in a referral to the Deans Office.
     
    Parking spots will be assigned in the order in which they are paid. After this form and your athletic clearance forms have been submitted, see Coach Madison in the ISS room to purchase your decal.
