GLA is a Positive Behavior Incentive and Support Model School. Our goal is for 99% or more of students to remain discipline referral free weekly. One of the ways we are accomplishing that is through the use of "Positive Office Referrals." Students earn Positive Office Referrals for positive actions, whether they are behavioral, academic, socio-emotional, or anything else that warrants a positive trip to the office. Rewarding them with small trinkets make their day, and we are always looking for alternatives to junk food and candy to use as rewards. The GLA Student Rewards Wish List is an idea of the type of items that work well for this purpose.
