Mrs. Boulanger was born and raised in Pensacola, Fl. She received her Bachelor's degree and her Master's degree from the University of West Florida. Mrs. Boulanger has spent many years as a teacher and Instructional Coach at Bellview Middle School prior to becoming Assistant Principal at Ernest Ward in 2019. In 2023, she was appointed as Principal at Ernest Ward. In her spare time, Mrs. Boulanger enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud Navy mom and enjoys traveling the country to spend time with her daughter. 

Mrs. Inman is the Assistant Principal at Ernest Ward Middle School. Her background includes coaching and teaching experience at both the middle and high school levels
in a variety of settings over the past 21 years.  Educational degrees include a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.  In her spare time, Mrs. Inman loves to go to deep water fishing and spending time with her family. Mrs. Inman’s work is rooted in the belief that what matters is making a positive impact on all students every day.

Ms. Dunsford has a background in youth counseling and a Master's in Educational Psychology from Kaplan University.  Ms. Dunsford has completed her Doctoral work and is in the dissertation process for Family Counseling at Liberty University.  She is an avid farmer and livestock raiser as well as a lifelong resident of North Escambia. Ms. Dunsford uses her rural background as a means to understand family and childhood experiences in this area.  Her greatest accomplishments though are her twin daughters.

Mrs. Dozier spends her day as the 6th-8th grade school counselor relating academic performance to future opportunities and career exploration, identifying and meeting the needs of students and families, providing student support for resiliency, encouraging positive attitudes among students and teachers, and promoting improved attendance. Mrs. Dozier is also your go-to resource for statewide assessments and 504 plans. She is a proud graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, supporting the Golden Eagles then and the EWMS Eagles now!
