• WES ESE Services and Inclusion Model

          Inclusion Classrooms (K-5): Students will receive assistance from the ESE teacher for MOST learning activities in Reading and Math.  Students will be expected to meet grade level Common Core State Standards with the appropriate accommodation.

          Structure: ESE teachers and the General Education teachers will collaborate to plan, implement and assess interventions for ESE and TIER III students. Data will be reviewed weekly. This team of teachers (Inclusion Team) will meet every Thursday during Special Area to discuss students’ data, progress and to adjust instruction and plans based on students’ needs.
