The slide show below is the volunteer training presentation. Please go through and read each of the slides, and make sure you click on the Google Form link at the end of the presentation to indicate that you have watched the presentation. Once the Google form has been completed, you will fill out the School Volunteer Application and Affidavit of Good Moral Character. You can either print the form and fill it out or complete it digitally. You will then turn the form in by emailing it to Jfreeman@ecsdfl.us or returning to the front office.

The Mentor Program places mentors with students in elementary, middle and high school. Before becoming a mentor, you must complete an application, attend a required training session and submit to a background check (paid for by the District). Mentors help students with their academics, encourage good attendance and behavior.

The program is on-campus and a one hour per week commitment is all that is required for a lifetime of memories for both you and your student.
