Wednesday, September 20 will be an early release day for all students.
In order to provide our teachers and staff regular opportunities for professional development, Escambia County Public Schools scheduled three (3) early-release days for students during the 2023-2024 school year. The early release dates will be Wednesday, September 20, 2023, Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and Wednesday, February 7, 2024.
There are also early-release dates immediately prior to Christmas Break and the last day of the 2023-2024 School Year. Those additional dates for students early-release are Wednesday, December 20, 2023 and Wednesday, May 22. 2024.
On all early release dates schools will serve lunch and regular transportation will be provided.
Office Hours: 6:50 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
School Start Time: 7:10 A.M.
Drop off/Breakfast Time: 6:50 A.M. - 7:05 A.M.
Tardy Bell rings at 7:10 A.M.
1:00 P.M. is the latest time students may be checked out in order for us to safely prepare for dismissal.
Dismissal Time: 1:25 P.M.
Buses leave campus: 1:30 P.M.

Ensley Elementary School's
2023 Pennies for Pets Donation Drive
During the month of October, Ensley Elementary School will be collecting money for their annual Pennies for Pets donation drive. The donation drive will begin Monday, October 2, 2023 and end on Thursday, October 31, 2023. All of the money collected will be donated to the Pensacola Humane Society to help with their mission to improve the lives of companion animals in our community through advocacy, adoption, education, and sanctuary.
