-Click create an account or click add/start clearance

-Existing student (your name)

-Washington (Pensacola) or Booker T. Washington (Pensacola)

-2024-2025 school year

-Add ALL sports you plan on trying out for 2023-2024 school year

-Upload your completed EL2 (Upload the last 2 pages), EL3, Drug Screen Form (located in Athletic Clearance, click the paperclip) and all of the following certificates with the student-athletes name listed; FHSAA Concussion, FHSAA Heat Illness, and FHSAA Sudden Cardiac Arrest. Click on the blue wording for the FHSAA Concussion, FHSAA Heat Illness, and FHSAA Sudden Cardiac Arrest you will be directed to the NFHS website where you will also need to create an account (new players) or sign in to your account (returning players). Then, you will order the FREE courses and proceed to watch each module.  Finally when each course has been completed you will upload the certificate with the name of the student-athlete listed on the certificate.
