STUDENT TRANSPORTATION STATUS
We're very happy to announce that we're now able to show the status of students' regular bus assignments AND their accommodation requests in the Focus Parent Portal.
Our process will automatically push a change to a student's transportation information in the Portal any time we route a student or change their routing or accommodation status. That means that a student's current transportation status will be indicated on the Parent Portal within hours of it being updated in our office.
All you have to do is log in to your Parent Portal and see the status for yourself. Since we're asking for parent e-mail addresses on accommodation requests, we are also sending you e-mail messages with the most current status of your requests.
To facilitate and encourage parent registration for access to their Parent Portal account, we've provided instructions for parents on how to create and access their account on our website (www.escambiayellow.com). This information can be found on our main page and on the Parent Resources page. We will also encourage parents' use of the Portal through our Facebook page, which has quite a few followers.
