My name is Lori Weedo and I have been an Instructional Technology Teacher on Special Assignment in Escambia County Public Schools for more than 20 years. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Science for Business Teacher Education, along with a degree in Master of Education for Educational Leadership. I am very passionate about finding ways to help teachers be innovative with technology in their classrooms. My goals change every year and with the challenges we as educators face, there continues to be a need for support in areas that will require our students to learn 21st Century Skills. Some of the main skills needed are communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking, many of which will require the use of a device. Supporting our teachers while learning how to use tools and platforms that provide students with opportunities to master those skills will hopefully help them be more successful!!
