WHEN: October 27, 2023 - Enrollment Forms due to 4-H office by 4:00 pm

March 8, 2024 - School winner information form due to 4-H office by 4:00 pm

March 14, 2024 - County level Competition
WHERE: Each participating school will hold their own classroom level and school-based level competitions on their campus to determine winners.

Thursday, March 14, 2024 - County Level Competition at Langley Bell 4-H Center in Cantonment

WHY: The 4-H invites all 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students to participate in the 4-H Public Speaking Program to provide students with experience in the preparation and delivery of a speech.
