    Welcome to the Central Warehouse Catalog and Requisition Process!

    The Central Warehouse Catalog link is listed below and on the Central Warehouse website. 


    The Catalog is Smartphone friendly and is easy to navigate both on your phone and on your desktop.

    How to use the Catalog

    • For the Best Results use Chrome as your default browser

    • Tips on navigating the catalog.

      • The RED banner “Escambia County School District Central Warehouse” will take you to the Home Page

      • The Categories under the banner sort items by the list categories.

      • Search keywords by activating the search button.

      • Select Favorites for common order items

    • Select “Buy Now” will place item in cart

    • Select the image you want to order

    • Select the “Add to Bag” 

    • To change the quantity select “Add More”

    • Once satisfied with your order select “Go to Checkout” or select the Bag icon.

    • Enter your ECSD email address

    • Select “Checkout”

    • Enter school/ Department Address

    • select “Continue”

    • Select Shipping and Delivery Method

      • Regular orders - sent ASAP

      • Back to School Orders (9518) Summer order held till the beginning of school.

    • Payment information is a reminder “Bookkeepers/Skyward approvers will enter approved orders into Skyward.” 

    • Select “Place Order”

    • Select “Print Order”

    • Print Order for Bookkeepers/Skyward approvers or Email confirmation email to Bookkeeper/Skyward approvers

    • Write Your name and room number on the printed order
