Here in Escambia County, we have a special program for our recent or soon-to-be college graduates.  Getting into the workforce in a new field can be intimidating and difficult.  We work to help you through the process of finding the classroom and school where you can make a difference.

Our Conditional Contract Program gives you the opportunity to become employed before finishing your degree.  That’s right, you can have an employment contract before you have completed school. This program is offered through our Teacher Recruiter.  We review the skill set you bring to our team and work to match you with the right school for you.
